How long do orders take to process?
All orders process and ship within 24 hours or the next business day out of Lexington, NC, via FedEx ground.
How do I initiate a return?
Email support@acerbis.com with your order number and the item/s you would like to return.
Why are products listed on the Global Acerbis website that are not listed on the USA Acerbis website?
We are the Official Acerbis distributor for the USA, and we import all products from Acerbis Italy, where our products are manufactured. We place orders for new products with Italy, and depending on production schedules, it can take several months before we are able to get them stateside.
Can you price match?
Being the manufacturer, we have to sell at suggested retail price. We do not price match.
Do you offer custom color plastic kits?
We cannot create any custom color kits or combinations of kits.
Are handguards sold as a set or do I need to buy quantity 2 for both right and left?
Handguards are sold as a set. Quantity 1 will include both right and left guards.
Can I piece together a kit and Acerbis will honor kit price?
We cannot honor kit pricing when piecing together a plastic kit.
Do I need to purchase anything in addition to a fuel tank?
All mounting hardware, aside from the OEM components from the stock tank, depending on the application, will be included with the Acerbis fuel tank.
Can you make me a kit for my discontinued dirt bike that I cannot find plastics for anymore?
We cannot recreate discontinued plastics or products. If your bike is over 20-30 years old, there is a very good chance that bike-specific plastics and products are NLA.
I can’t find my bike in the Make/Model/Year bike finder. Do you make products for my bike if it isn’t listed?
We do our best to list all products for all makes and models. If your bike is not listed, we likely do not make any bike-specific products or plastics. If you think we might be missing something, please email us at support@acerbis.com
I just got the latest, newest-year model dirt bike, and I’m trying to find plastics and products for it. Why isn’t anything listed?
Whenever a new model is released, molds need to be created, and then it typically takes 3-6 months before production can be scheduled and started. Once production is complete, it can take another 2-3 months before it hits our shelves in the USA. We do everything we can to expedite new products, but there is more to the process than most people realize.
