Motocross Action assistant editor Josh Mosiman got the green light from Jody to build his first personal project using the KTM 250SX as the base. From there Josh was able to get a 300cc two-stroke kit from KTM, do a ton of testing with WP on suspension, add a custom Pro Circuit exhaust to it, throw on Hinson clutch components, bolt-on Luxon triple clamps, and add a host of aftermarket goodies to make it race-ready for the Two-Stroke World Championships at Glen Helen Raceway. With a bike like this, Josh has no excuses when it comes to how he finishes.
