Warranty / Return Policy

 

We understand that sometimes you might need to return or warranty one of our products. To start any warranty claim or return please email support@acerbis.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not return any merchandise without first emailing us. It is helpful for you to have proof of purchase and or an order number in your email.

 

Once you have received your RA#, returns are to be shipped to the address below with the RA# written on the outside of the box so that it is easily identified.

Any returns sent without an RA number displayed on the package will be refused and returned to the sender. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new/re-sellable condition. Acerbis reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is deemed used, scratched, or is not in a re-sellable condition.
